1. Educational Purpose

Civil Service Success is an educational review platform only.

2. No Guarantee of Passing

Use of this platform does not guarantee passing the Civil Service Examination.

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. One Account Per User

Each subscription is for one user only. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All questions, explanations, review materials, graphics, videos, documents, branding, and website content are owned by Simplify Review Center Inc. Unauthorized copying, recording, sharing, distribution, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Premium Access

Premium access is activated only after payment verification and admin approval.

7. Subscription Expiration

Access expires based on the selected subscription plan: 30 Days, 90 Days, or 180 Days.

8. Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable once premium access has been activated, except where required by applicable law.

9. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated without refund for account sharing, unauthorized distribution of content, piracy, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the platform available, but temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

Civil Service Success and Simplify Review Center Inc. are not liable for examination results, employment outcomes, indirect damages, lost profits, or losses resulting from use of the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
